Planned Conspiracy?

Right now i wont be focusing on my grammar but want to discuss what is on my mind.

In the recent happenings in India many of the questions which are there in my mind are coming out that Maggi is banned in may of the states in India after the tests which confirmed the presence of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) where as Maggi writes on it's packet that 'NO MSG ADDED'. Maggi claims that tests done by independent agencies approved by Indian Govt. says that all the ingredients are in its proper amount but tests done by FSSAI  shows that there are in total 9 ingredients that are in higher quantities which are not approved by the government.

Whom shall we believe?
The government or Nestle

There are certain other things which made me question myself that even tobacco companies who produces cigarettes should also be banned but they are not banning cigarettes or we can say the same goes for alcohol if our government really cares for us. Cigarette packets clearly mentions that smoking kills.
Recent news while I was surfing the net found that now Ramdevji has announced that Patanjali will now come as an alternative for Maggi to be named as 'Seedhi Sev' which soon will be available in the market.

Well now a question arises that is it a planned conspiracy to gain entry in the market? Or something else?
My doubt still remains that there have been many instances of the government which have embarrassed a lot of Indians during the UPA government and have made people to put doubt to the law and government also (Vodafone case: Where the government passed bill stating to Vodafone company that the law was passed way before).

My question still remains that is it a planned conspiracy or something else?
